Dear Parent/Guardian,
I would like to call your attention to the following procedure. Any student requesting the release of his/her academic records, which is necessary in order to complete his/her application to any college, must return a signed release form to the Guidance Office.
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions about this, or about anything to do with the college application process. I look forward to working with your child as he/she applies to college and welcome the opportunity to talk with you either on the phone or in person.
Sincerely,
Joanna Dove

Students will be allowed to wear polo shirts every day, Monday through Friday. The polo shirts MUST be purchased from Nazareth’s approved vendor with the Nazareth logo on the upper left of the chest, in the available colors of maroon, grey, and pink. Polo shirts may not be tied or knotted to appear more tightly fitted.
Students may also wear a Nazareth logo crewneck, available in maroon and black. Pants, skirts, and footwear can be purchased from the vendor of your choosing, if they adhere to the guidelines below.
Using this order form to purchase uniform in bulk will result in savings on uniform pieces. We may have some extra items in various sizes available throughout the year for replacement pieces, at a slightly higher cost of an additional $5 per item in between order forms.
To maintain a respectful and unified school appearance, students at Nazareth Regional High School are expected to wear uniform-appropriate pants that meet the following guidelines:
Students who arrive at school in pants that do not meet these expectations will be asked to change or be sent home. Final decisions regarding appropriate dress will be made at the discretion of the Dean of Students or Administration.
As part of the Nazareth Regional High School uniform, students who choose to wear skirts must adhere to the following guidelines to maintain a respectful, modest, and appropriate school environment:
Any student wearing non-compliant skirts will be asked to change or contact a parent/guardian for an appropriate pair. Final determinations on acceptable skirts will be made by the Dean of Students or School Administration.
To maintain a professional and safe school environment, all students at Nazareth Regional High School are required to follow the guidelines below regarding footwear:
Any student wearing non-compliant footwear will be asked to change or contact a parent/guardian for an appropriate pair. Repeated violations may result in disciplinary action. Final determinations on acceptable footwear will be made by the Dean of Students or School Administration.
During the year, students are permitted to “dress down” and “dress up” for various occasions such as school trips and special events. The following policies pertain to acceptable attire that can be worn:
